Neill specialises in helping complex, multi‑national organisations navigate uncertainty, unlock value, and make confident, evidence‑based decisions. He is known for developing high‑performing, highly connected teams and partnering with senior leaders to shape strategic direction and deliver measurable results.  Neill brings a calm, structured and commercially grounded approach to solving complex problems helping to drive growth and efficiency across diverse industries. ​

Rebecca Turner
Associate

Rebecca’s broad experience puts her in a great position to help your business deliver on key improvement goals. She draws on innovative thinking in process mapping to tackle financial and operational challenges in your business assessment. 

​Her experience in the government sector helps Rebecca support business leaders in developing government stakeholder engagement plans (State/Local) to help businesses build relationships, efficiently navigate government processes and unlock value.  Rebecca also provides administration and onboarding support for Next Path Advisory.
